Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timelines:
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2-4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4-7 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
If you received a wrong item or a product is missing:
If you received the wrong product or an item is missing from your package, please email us at support@18mm.hair within 5 days of delivery with the following details:
- Order ID
- Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
- Details of your request/complaint
- Clear images of the products received & the label on the package
Once we receive these details, our customer support team will address your query within 24 hours.
If you received a damaged item:
If your product leaked or was damaged during delivery, please email us at support@18mm.hair within 5 days of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
- Details of your request/complaint
- Images or videos to support the complaint (with the batch number mentioned near the MRP/crimp of the product)
Once we receive these details, our customer support team will address your query within 24 hours.

For product quality complaints, please email us at support@18mm.hair within 5 days of delivery, providing:
- Order ID
- Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
- Details of your request/complaint
- Images of the product received & the batch number mentioned near the MRP/crimp of the product
Once we receive all these details, our customer support team will resolve your query within 24 hours.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Wrong Product Received – If we shipped an incorrect product and a replacement is not available.
- Damaged Product – If your order was received in a damaged condition and is deemed non-usable.
- Order Not Delivered – If your order was not delivered beyond the estimated delivery time, and we confirm non-delivery.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued only after a thorough review of the case.
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- No refunds will be issued for items that have been used, opened, or do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your order by emailing support@18mm.hair within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- If you no longer want the order, you can refuse the parcel at the time of delivery as delivered orders are non-returnable.
If your order is marked as delivered but not received by you:
Email us at support@18mm.hair within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date. Our customer support team will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Shipping Charges:
- We offer FREE shipping on all orders above Rs.1000+, subject to updates from time to time.
- Shipping rates shown at checkout are final.
